Cold rooms for food storage
Give your products maximum freshness and safety. Our chiller and freezer monoblocks hold a stable temperature and optimal hygienic conditions. It is the right choice for wholesalers, food stores in processing plants or shops that need reliability and full control over the cold chain.
Cold rooms for restaurants
Dependable support for the HoReCa sector. We design and manufacture cold room monoblocks suited to the fast pace of professional kitchens. Our units are built for ambient temperatures of +10°C/+43°C (optionally +0°C/+43°C or -20°C/+43°C). Automatic defrost is available as an option.
Cold rooms for fruit and vegetables
Extend the life and freshness of your crops. We offer cold rooms with precise humidity control and the right air circulation. Fruit and vegetables are protected against loss of firmness, weight and nutritional value, which allows safe storage for many months.
Cold rooms for flowers
Gentle, even cooling designed for the demanding floristry business. Our systems provide soft airflow and the right microclimate, protecting cut and potted flowers from wilting early. This keeps their natural beauty and shelf life as long as possible.
Cold rooms for wine
Create ideal conditions for your finest bottles. AiCool monoblocks combined with AiFO Glass Doors glazed wine rooms maintain a constant temperature, the right humidity and protection against UV light. The result is a stable microclimate without sudden swings, allowing every vintage to mature and rest safely.
Cold rooms for transport
A reliable cold chain all the way to your customer. We supply monoblocks to manufacturers of mobile cold rooms and insulated solutions, holding the set temperature with high precision whatever the weather outside. Ideal for logistics, catering and distribution.
Refrigerated furniture
Professional refrigerated furniture is the backbone of every modern catering and retail business. We offer technologically advanced solutions that combine reliable cooling systems with energy efficiency and ergonomic, modern design — from functional kitchen back-of-house to the sales floor.

Chiller and freezer counters with a central monoblock
Compact cooling units designed for installation inside the frame of a work counter. Placing the integrated monoblock centrally distributes cold air symmetrically across every compartment of the unit. The solution saves valuable space while offering quiet compressor operation and easier heat rejection from the condenser.
Chiller and freezer counters with a side monoblock
Efficient slide-in cooling units built for mounting at the side of a counter. The modular design lets the whole unit be slid into place in seconds, which shortens furniture production time and makes replacement easy without shutting down the entire workstation. A perfect fit for professional catering lines.
Chiller and freezer cabinets
Drop-in ceiling units or bottom-mounted units made specifically for upright back-of-house and storage cabinets. These high-output monoblocks pull the temperature back down very quickly after the cabinet door is opened. They are designed not to take up usable space inside the furniture, moving the entire refrigeration circuit outside the storage compartment.
Pastry display cases
Specialist monoblocks configured to hold the right microclimate. Units dedicated to pastry display cases work with gentle air circulation systems and precise humidity control. They prevent the air from drying out excessively, so displayed desserts keep their freshness and appearance.
Refrigerated shelving
Monoblocks with increased cooling capacity, built to work in open display furniture. They are engineered to compensate effectively for the cold losses caused by the lack of doors, feeding advanced air-curtain systems. Their reinforced construction is matched to continuous, heavy thermal loads.
Temperature-controlled parcel lockers
Refrigerated lockers for collecting groceries, frozen food and medicines (Fresh, Frozen, Pharma). Compact AiCool monoblocks in a plug & play enclosure hold a stable temperature around the clock, and the integrated IoT Gateway enables remote monitoring and servicing across the whole locker network.
Vending machines
Ultra-compact cassette cooling units that fit neatly into the lower section of vending machines. The integrated slide-in design allows immediate service intervention on site (hot-swap), which minimises downtime for machines running 24/7.
Ice cream machines and freezing plates
High-output freezer monoblocks (LT) for ice cream machines — including Thai rolled ice cream — and freezing plates. They deliver fast heat removal, very low temperatures and repeatable consistency of frozen desserts, even through the busiest season.
Benefits of our solutions
What you gain
Up to 55% energy savings
Thanks to energy-efficient EC motors and modern inverter compressors (optional).
Safety and ecology (R290)
Every model runs on natural R290 refrigerant. No registration in the F-gas register and no emission charges.
Fast installation without a refrigeration engineer
The units are ready to run as soon as they are mounted and connected to power. You can install a monoblock in under an hour, and installation costs are up to 80% lower than with a traditional split system.
Low service costs
Remote monitoring of operating parameters via IoT enables fast online diagnostics 24/7 and reduces service visits.

We will match the right solution.
Whether you are fitting out a standard cold room, a catering counter or designing an innovative solution — we will supply a unit with the right capacity and dimensions.
FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Which systems work best in a busy restaurant kitchen (HoReCa)?
In catering back-of-house, resistance to high temperatures and frequent door opening is critical. We recommend refrigerated counters with a central monoblock, which distribute cold evenly across all working compartments, and high-output cabinets with a drop-in ceiling monoblock, which bring the temperature down rapidly once the door is closed.
I run a small shop. How do monoblocks help me save space?
In small retail units every square metre of display area matters. Monoblocks are ultra-compact. Mounting the refrigeration circuit on top of a cabinet or at the side of a counter frees up the entire interior of the furniture for your stock.
How do I protect delicate cakes and desserts from drying out in a display case?
For the confectionery and bakery trade we prepared specially calibrated monoblocks that work with gentle air-circulation systems. They allow precise humidity control inside the display case, so baked goods do not lose weight, dry out or lose their appearance during the day.
Do your solutions suit open shelving in supermarkets?
Yes. Open display furniture needs higher-output units because of the constant heat exchange with the surroundings. We offer reinforced monoblocks optimised to stabilise air curtains in shelving, holding the right temperature for drinks or dairy without closing off the display area.
I am looking for a solution for wine and sensitive products. What do you recommend?
For wine shops, florists and the medical sector — where temperature swings mean financial losses — we recommend units with advanced electronic controllers and dynamic cooling. These systems provide almost laboratory-grade microclimate stability, continuous parameter monitoring and eliminate sudden temperature spikes.
What cooling should be used in vending machines running 24/7?
For vending operators, reliability and service speed are key. Slide-in cassette units are ideal here. In case of a fault, a technician can swap the entire cooling module (hot-swap) in just a few minutes, which prevents stock spoilage and machine downtime.
