Monoblocks for wine cold rooms

Home » Applications » Wine cold rooms

Wine matures properly only in stable conditions. AiCool monoblocs maintain a constant temperature and the right humidity, protecting the bottles from sudden fluctuations that harm the ageing process.

Ideal conditions for every vintage

The key to storing wine properly is stability. AiCool monoblocks hold the set temperature precisely, without the sudden swings that can disturb maturation and accelerate ageing.

The right humidity protects corks from drying out and therefore bottles from oxidation. It is essential for wineries, restaurants with an extensive wine list and collectors.

Protection and control

A closed, well-insulated room protects wine from light, vibration and ambient temperature swings. Optional online monitoring lets you track conditions inside continuously and react to any deviations.

Eco-friendly R290 refrigerant and energy-efficient operation mean that keeping ideal conditions all year round does not cost a fortune.

Frequently asked questions

FAQ — Wine cold rooms

What temperature is right for storing wine?

For long-term ageing, around 10–14°C with stable humidity is usually assumed. What matters most is consistency of conditions — and that is what AiCool monoblocks provide.

Why does humidity matter so much?

Air that is too dry causes corks to dry out and wine to oxidise. The design of our monoblocs limits excessive drying of the air inside the room.

Can I monitor the conditions remotely?

Yes, we offer optional online monitoring with temperature logging and alerts – particularly useful for valuable collections.

Is the installation complicated?

No. The monoblock is mounted directly on the cold room in plug & play mode, with no external unit and no refrigerant pipework.
